TM Homes was established sixteen years ago as a joinery and construction works and are now manufacturing high specification timber frames. We manufacture and erect timber frame constructions all over Ireland.

Terrence McCann, the proprietor of TM Homes, has been responsible for the production of 500 well-crafted homes throughout Ireland.

Timber frames are not only used in residential buildings but also in the commercial sector which is adopting to this type of construction. Terrence McCann, with his extensive experience, has gained extensive knowledge with both these sectors.

TM Homes are designed and constructed by structural engineers using the latest technology.

We manufacture and erect timber frame constructions all over Ireland. The method of timber frame construction is now being used by 60% of new homes in both North and South of Ireland.

We make larger panels (up to 9M) and our kits come with floor panels, pre hung doors, moulded skirting and architrave as part of the package. Only the highest quality timber is used.
